Children’s Christmas Craft: Reindeer Song

We love to sing songs and often make them up using familiar tunes. Here’s one we created to go with our Printable Reindeer Antlers Craft.  It goes to the tune of ‘I’m a Little Tea-pot’ and we’ve put our actions in brackets. We hope you like it.

Biscuit wearing his Antlers

I’m a Little Reindeer

I’m a little Reindeer,

(Point to your antlers, or recreate their shape with flat hands.)

Furry and brown.

(Stroke your fur.)

Hear my hooves upon the ground.

(Bang the floor.)

When Father Christmas is ready,

(Show the shape of his beard with your hand.)

Hear me say…

(Cup your hand around your ear.)

Let’s fly in the air today,

Let’s fly in the air today.

(Fly around the room with arms outstretched like wings, or whisk your little one into the air to really fly them around in your arms.)
